3. Non-Hosting of Copyrighted Media Video Streams

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: QuickSub does NOT host, store, stream, or distribute full copyrighted video files, torrents, or video streams. All movie titles, original poster images, trademarks, and brand logos belong to their respective copyright holders and studio creators.

QuickSub provides independent text-based subtitle files created by subtitle authors and translators.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Usage

When utilizing QuickSub, users agree to adhere to fair usage practices:

• You agree not to perform automated scraping, mass downloading bots, or malicious requests that overload server infrastructure.
• You agree not to bypass security controls or hotlink direct cloud storage endpoints.
• You agree not to re-upload files with malicious payloads, deceptive scripts, or unauthorized commercial modifications.

5. Intellectual Property & DMCA Takedown Policy

QuickSub complies fully with copyright regulations. If you are a copyright holder or an agent thereof and believe that any text content or subtitle file on QuickSub infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown request.

Takedown requests must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
2. Direct URL link(s) to the specific file or content page on QuickSub.
3. Contact details (name, email address, and physical signature).
